The Allison fault code number is: P070C.The fault code is cleared automatically, when the vehicle has completed 40 start-up cycles without the fault being detected again.
Diagnostic depth
The voltage from the oil level sensor is too low.
The control unit has detected a voltage which is lower than 0.2998 V from the oil level sensor.The reason could be one of the following: Oil level in the gearbox extremely low.Fault on the external cable harness.Incorrect connection of the oil level sensor.Fault on the internal cable harness.Fault in the oil level sensor.Faulty control unit.
