System reaction
The fault code can be set if the control unit was started normally and the engine running.Yellow warning lamp comes on.The fault code is stored in the memory.The control unit prevents the torque converter from being engaged.The control unit shuts off gear changing adaptation.If the fault occurs with a gear engaged, it is possible to change to another gear. If the fault occurs when in neutral gear, there is no change. If the fault occurs with the reverse gear engaged, the reverse gear will continue to be engaged or neutral gear will be engaged.

The control unit has detected a faulty open circuit on the shift solenoid.
Possible causes:Issue with shift solenoid SS1.Defective connector or incorrectly fitted connector which has damaged the pin inputs.Defective control unit.
