Position circuit breaker
Check the position circuit breaker using SDP3.Check the wiring and the position circuit breaker connector. Check that the position circuit breaker and air distribution motor are fitted correctly. Remove the air distribution motor and manually check that the cam disc can be moved. If it does not move, check that nothing is blocking the damper. Check whether the position circuit breaker is stuck.If necessary, renew the position switch.Clear the fault codes in the ACC control unit.

Incorrect signal from the position circuit breaker on the damper housing.
The air distribution motor cam disc or position switch is sticking or loose. Fault in wiring for the position switch. The input signal to the position switch has been exposed to undesirable positive voltage or short circuited due to undesirable earthing, or the circuit is broken.
