Check for DTC in COO.

In normal use cases there is no symptom since the ACS has several sources of vehicle speed (HRW and HRW2).

The vehicle speed sent from COO is checked that it contains a valid speed value.
Possible cause
The COO sends invalid values in CAN signal.
