Purge Solenoid Valve Status
Check spring contact connection between ECU and solenoid valve. Erase fault memory and check if the fault is still present. If nothing unusual could be detected replace the ECU.

System reaction
Pressure regulation is still possible, but regeneration cannot be started. The system is not in degraded mode. The high side driver is switched off to protect the solenoid valve from overheating, because PWM is no longer available. The pressures are still measured and transmitted. The following plausibility faults will be disabled: - Not possible to switch off the compressor - No pressure drop during regeneration - Sensor plausibility check
Diagnostic depth
Detection within 0,2 seconds after occurence of fault when the solenoid valve is switched-off. The fault is stored in the error memory if the condition is still existing after the validation time has elapsed. A re-testing is done every 1 second.
The low side driver can not be switched off due to an internal electrical fault.
