Erase fault memory and check if fault is still present. If fault is still present exchange the ECU to fix the problem.
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
No reaction as long as valid flag for pressure in circuit 21 is set. If valid flag is not set, system pressure is calculated only out of pressure in circuit 22. No influence on basic functionality. Also limiter failure in circuit 23 can not be detected.

Voltage measurement indicates a LIN sensor supply overvoltage at the sensors 21 & 23.
Possible cause
Internal hardware failure.
