Erase fault memory and check if fault is still present. If fault is still present exchange the ECU to fix the problem.

No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
If received ambient temperture via CAN is valid, no influence on system functionality. If CAN value is invalid, Cold Mode is continuously active.

Voltage verification indicates that the measured output value of the temperature sensor is too low.
Possible cause
Internal hardware failure.
