Pressure Sensors
Erase the fault memory and restart the ECU. If the fault does not exist anymore, wait until the compressor has pumped into the system and the pressure has reached the cut-out threshold. After the compressor has been switched off, the pressure sensor assembly check is carried out. If the fault shows up again, run the pressure sensor configuration service. If the configuration service fails, replace the pressure sensors by using a spare part kit (and run the configuration service again). If this measure does not fix the problem, replace the ECU (and run the configuration service again). After the pressure sensors have been configured successfully another execution of the assembly check shall give proof that ECU and pressure sensor assembly are fully functional again.

System reaction
Depending on the reason the system pressure calculation might be incorrect (Not all pressure values available or incorrect assignment to the compressed air circuits).
Diagnostic depth
The pressure sensor assembly of the device is checked after each startup to ensure that it is fully functional.
Not all previously configured pressure sensors could be detected at their correct positions. This happens if the originally installed pressure sensors are moved to different positions when repairing the device, or if the original pressure sensors have been replaced by a spare part kit and the configuration service has not been run yet. Last but not least there is a pressure sensor defect or another internal hardware failure caused the problem.
