Update to the latest available software. Check if there is any change in the airflow from a retrofitting activity in the IP panel. Check if there if the fan is dusty. Check for a cooling fan DTC. Perform cooling fan test.

Diagnostic depth
Detection
Amplifier temperature above critical temperature (> 105 °C). This fault will be checked in run-time.
Possible cause
E.g. - Colling fan damaged or dirty - On retrofitting, the thermal flow has been restricted.
