Microphone open circuit
Disconnect the connector from the microphone visually inspect all connectors Check for any potential open circuit on the electric wire. Measure the wiring between ground and signal in the infotainment system. The measurement result should be around 8 V. If the fault is not in the wire or the microphone, it is probably an internal fault in the infotainment system. Note. Before replacing the infotainment system update to the latest available software.

Diagnostic depth
If parameter System_Bluetooth = on, When no Microphone is connected and ADC in range 1.2 to 1.7v. This fault will be checked during run-time.
Microphone malfunction is triggered by any of the following conditions: - Faulty connector - Faulty wire harness - Faulty microphone U24
