CAN communication from tachograph One of the CAN messages expected from the tachograph disappears or is missing. If there is also a time-out from the brake system, it is possible to change gear in the transfer gearbox even though the vehicle is not stationary/almost stationary. The driver must release the accelerator pedal to activate the differential lock in the transfer gearbox.
