The driver is given an indication that the differential lock has been engaged. The system attempts to maintain the disengaged differential lock.

Detection
The position sensor is activated without the solenoid valve being activated.
Possible cause
The fault code occurs, e.g. when there is a short circuit in the wiring to the sensor.
