System voltage is above 32 V

â–¶ How to fix

Measure the supply voltage to the expansion unit. Check power supply/ ground connection to expansion unit. Check for possible alternator/ battery failure. If DTC still is active it might be an internal failure in expansion unit. Replace the unit!

No driver-visible symptom recorded.

System reaction

• Functions dependent on the supply voltage are degraded.

Diagnostic depth

Detection

The DTC is set active if the supply voltage is above 32V for 2 seconds. The DTC is set inactive if the sensor voltage is below 32V for 1 second. The DTC is not set in the following cases: • during engine start (i.e. at engine speeds between 0 and 400 rpm)

Possible cause

Malfunctioning alternator.
