Coolant valve wrong behavior
• Run the heater and valve diagnostic test with SDP3. If the test is successful there are no real error and the DTC can be erased. If not proceed with the following steps. • Check if error code 0313 can be found. If so, perform those troubleshooting actions first and erase this DTC. • Turn on the ignition, disconnect the valve V194 and measure the outgoing voltage on the cable between V194-1 and V194-2. If the voltage is >5V, change the BMU. • Change the valve V194

System reaction
Battery cannot be heated which may reduce the hybrid performance when temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius.
Diagnostic depth
The battery coolant temperature does not rise as expected although the heater is activated.
The coolant valve is stuck in radiator circuit position.
