DCC low VCB voltage

â–¶ How to fix

• Check for any other DTC from the battery pack or MGU that could explain the error. If there are any other DTC proceed according to the instructions for that DTC. • Check that the DCC E84 is connected and that connector E84-B is properly connected and free from oxidation and clean. • Check the cable harness from the central electric unit P7 and the DCC E84. • Check inside the central electric unit P7 that the fuse is properly connected and the ring connectors are properly tightened. NOTE! Working in the central electric unit P7 is considered an electrical work and shall only be performed by Scania certified personnel. Vehicle shall be made safe according to electrical work procedure. • Reset the DTC and perform a test drive of the vehicle. If the DTC returns replace the DCC E84.

No driver-visible symptom recorded.

System reaction

• VOR, 24V not charging. DCC will inhibit any output power and the 24-volt system will drain the 24-volt batteries. • Amber warning lamp "24V batteries not charged" and "Hybrid System Fault" is shown in ICL
