Coolant heater contactor supply short circuit to 24V
Warning! The heater may be very hot. Working on the componet nay result in serius injury. before starting any work, make sure that the heater has cooled off. • Measure on the component between H32-A1 and U30. If there is contact, change the heater H32. • Measure on the cable between E81-C10 and U30. If there is contact, change the cable. • Change BMU(E81)

System reaction
• VOR, the hybrid system will not work since the battery will not be engaged. The DCC will not receive VCB-power and the 24-volt system will drain the 24-volt batteries. • Red stop lamp, "24V batteries not charged" and "Hybrid System Fault" is shown in ICL • Forced maximum cooling in battery circuit to keep temperature as low as possible.
