Check the cable harness for the mix air/temp motor, if no fault is found, replace the mix air/temp motor. This unit is connected to the climate control system via a LIN-bus.
What you'll see
The mix air flap will not function. Heat from rear heating can not be controlled.

Detection
The climate control system (E138) has detected a LIN communication error with the actuator (M67). The test is performed continuously when the supply to the LIN nodes is active.
Possible cause
There may be an internal error in the actuator or an error in the cable harness.
