Detection
The brake pedal sensor's two output signals have been implausible in relation to each other. One signal has indicated released pedal and the other depressed pedal.
Possible cause
Coordinator pins 52 and 53 have probably been earthed at the same time. This indicates either open circuit or short circuit to earth in the brake pedal sensor circuit.
