One of the two switches for manual adjustment of the increase in engine speed has been activated for an implausibly long time.The fault code is set if an earthing signal (active) was present continuously on coordinator pin 52 or 53 for longer than five minutes.
Possible cause
Internal fault in one of the two switches or short circuit in the circuit.
