Detection
The voltage in the brake pedal sensor circuit has either been above or below the permitted level. The brake pedal sensor generates two separate output signals and the fault applies to the redundant output signal (output signal 2).
Possible cause
Short circuit or open circuit in the redundant output signal (output signal 2) of the brake pedal sensor. There may also be an internal fault in the brake pedal sensor or short circuit in the refrigerant pressure switch/pressure sensor T6.
