• Spare part program the COO unit. • Spare part program the EMS unit. • Check the EMS for DTCs • Check the EMS spare part number. Replace EMS unit if SW do not support CCMG interface.

Possible cause
• COO configuration fault. • EMS configuration fault. • A EMS unit with software not compatible with the vehicle, has been installed. - E.g. a spare part EMS has been installed, which has an old software generation.
