Erase the fault code. If the fault code remains active, check that the instrument cluster and CSS control unit are connected to the CAN bus. Check also for short circuits and open circuits on the CAN bus.

No time/date message has been received or the CAN bus is switched off.
Possible cause
No time/date messages available on the green CAN bus. The control unit is not connected to the CAN bus. Short circuit between CAN bus cables or one of cables short-circuited to plus or ground. (Pin 24 short-circuited to plus.)
