0xF00317, Supply voltage is High
1. Measure voltage in the in-vehicle 24-volt connector, if voltage is above 32V check the main power supply. If voltage below 32V, continue to next instruction. 2. Reset DTCs and check if DTC remains after ignition on/off, ECU need to be replaced?
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
Indication: No CSS (airbag) malfunction warning indication. Consequence: If high voltage is detected the ECU will stop monitoring the ignition loops. Firing of the ignition loops will however still be possible if enough energy can be delivered to the ignition loops. CAN faults are not stored.
Diagnostic depth
The ECU has detected that the supply voltage is not below the specified maximum voltage threshold of 32V
The supply voltage has gone above the threshold value Voltage regulator out of range Engine starting with jump-start
