Check the washer motor. Also check for short circuit in the cable harness (pin B8).

System reaction
Windscreen Washer is out of order. The output is permanently turned off until function is deactivated. Each time the function is activated a new detection is being done.

Possible cause
Too high current on the Windscreen Washer output. Perhaps the windscreen washer motor is stucked or the output is shorted to 24V/GND.
