Overload on headlamp cleaner output
In case of wiper and washer check if the headlamp wipers are stucked if not check the head lamp wipers connection (pin B1). In case of HCS check if the high pressure cleaning pump is blocked if not check the pumps connection (pin B1).
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
Headlamp Wiper is out of order. If HCS, the cleaning does not work. The output is permanently turned off until function is deactivated. Each time the function is activated a new detection is being done.
Diagnostic depth
Headlamp Wiper and Headlamp Washer are out of order. If HCS (high pressure cleaning) the headlamp cleaning is out of order.
Too high current on the Headlamp Wiper/Washer output. Perhaps the headlamp wipers, if not HCS, are stucked or the output is shorted to 24V/GND. If HCS the HCS relay can be faulty.
