Check the supplie voltage for Rain/light sensor. This can happen and is a self protection of the sensor. No need for replacement.

Detection
The maximum operation voltage for the Rain/Light sensor have been exceeded.
Possible cause
The RLS detects its voltage supply. If 17.5 V are exceeded for 10 s, then the transmission diodes of the rain measuring sections are no longer energised. If 60 s are exceeded, then a corresponding error entry is made.
