The main light switch may be stuck in between of valid positions.

Check whether the main light switch is positioned in between of valid positions. Check fuse for power of the main light switch. Check cable to the main light switch. Check the CAN cable between the main light switch and CUV (pin C35 and C36). If the problem remains then replace the main light switch.
