DCC Measurement/Slave error
β’ Reset DTC β’ Toggle ignition key to "key off" and await system reset then "key on" i.e. system wake up. β’ Crank the vehcile β’ If DTC is still active, check for under/over/moderate voltage related DTCs in all the DCCs (master and slaves). β’Check either master or slave is open circuit on the 24V output side. β’ If DTC is still active, check for CAN command fault DTCs in slave DCC2s (DCCXA and DCCXB) β’ If above DTCs appear, rectify those DTCs β’ Toggle the Ignition and Crank the vehicle again β’ If DTC remains active replace the corresponding direct current converter.
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
DCC will be disabled and enter error state. Amber warning lamp "24V not charging" is shown in ICL

1) Incase of one DCC system, internal measurment error shall be the cause 2) Incase of 2 or 3 DCC system, If master and slave measure different voltages on the input or output side then the master sets the DTC due to plausibility error. 3) Incase of 2 or 3 DCC system, Under voltage or Moderate voltage DTCs in slaves (E90) will cause this DTC in the master(E84). This is because of the plausibility check failure for the VCB voltage/VCA voltage measured by slaves and master DCC. 4) Incase of 2 or 3 DCC system, if communication between master and slave DCCs are disturbed then this DTC will occur. This is because the measurement plausibility check cannot be performed.
