DCC overvoltage on VCB-side

â–¶ How to fix

• Reset DTC • Toggle ignition key to "key off" and await system reset then "key on" i.e. system wake up. • Read out DTC's again • If DTC remains active check voltage level from battery pack E83. The voltage should be withing the range of 500V to 750V. • If over voltage detected check DTC’s from battery pack.

What you'll see

No driver-visible symptom recorded.

System reaction

• DCC disabled and enter error state above 900V • VOR, 24V not charging. DCC will be disabled and enter error state and the 24-volt system will drain the 24-volt batteries. • Amber warning lamp "24V batteries not charged" and "Hybrid System Fault" is shown in ICL
