DCC overvoltage on VCA-side
• Reset DTC • Toggle ignition key to "key off" and await system reset then "key on" i.e. system wake up. • Read out DTC's again • Turn off DCC • Check the 24V-battery configuration. • Measure the 24V battery voltage. it should be within normal voltage levels. i.e. 22 - 26V. • If over voltage detected replace 24V battery
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
• VOR, 24V not charging. DCC will be disabled and enter error state and the 24-volt system will drain the 24-volt batteries. • Yellow warning lamp "24V batteries not charged" and "Hybrid System Fault" is shown in ICL
