Open load on door motor 1 output(s)
Check the faulty component, cable harness and connectors for mechanical damage. If the resistance measured over the coil of the motor (when disconnected from the DCU) is higher than approximately 200 kohm the DCU will not detect that it is connected, thus there is open load.
What you'll see
The door leaf is not moving at all on commands to the DCU. It is possible that the door leaf can be moved by hand or by other forces that is affecting it.
System reaction
The DCU tries to run the motor but aborts if the fault appears so the door leaf cannot move properly since the electric circuit through the motor is faulty. This fault will also trigger DTC 0312 (and that DTC will render ICL warnings, see its system reaction).
Diagnostic depth
A current below normal operating level has been detected on any of the two outputs for the "H-bridge" driving the motor, meaning that they are probably no longer connected together through the motor.
- Open circuit due to damaged or broken wires. - The connected component is out of order.
