Outer fan fault
Clean the outer fan Test fan with DID 0xFE51 and check fan status with DID 0xFE0D Replace the outer fan

System reaction
Possibly DTC 0x000109 - "e-motor over temperature condition" set
Diagnostic depth
The DTC is set to active if: • The e-motor outer fan speed is below ½ of the nominal fan speed AND • The fan is activated AND • At least 10 seconds have passed since the start of the fan activation The DTC is set to inactive if: • The e-motor outer fan speed is above ½ of the nominal fan speed The fan is automatically activated by the ECU when any of the following internal sensor conditions are fulfilled: • PCB temperature sensor indicate a temperature ≥ 50 °C • Power stage temperature sensor indicate a temperature ≥ 70 °C • e-motor temperature sensor indicate a temperature ≥ 90 °C • Capacitor temperature sensor indicate a temperature ≥ 55 °C The fan is automatically inactivated by the ECU when all of the following internal sensor conditions are fulfilled: • PCB temperature sensor indicate a temperature < 40 °C • Power stage temperature sensor indicate a temperature < 60 °C • e-motor temperature sensor indicate a temperature < 80 °C • Capacitor temperature sensor indicate a temperature < 45 °C The DTC is not set in the following cases: • VCA is below 22 V
