Test fans with DID 0xFE51 and check fan status with DID 0xFE0D. If the fan statuses do not follow the OFF and ON output control, replace the following parts, in priority order: • Outer fan • e-motor

Detection
The DTC is set to active if: • The fans have been controlled ON for at least 5 seconds AND • The fan supply is below 5 V The DTC is set to inactive if: • The fans have been controlled ON for at least 5 seconds AND • The fan supply is above 22 V The DTC is not set in the following cases: • VCA is below 22 V Refer to DTC 0x00010A and 0x00010B for the conditions when the fans are activated/deactivated.
