The DTC is set to active in case of: • BMU message timeout, i.e. the message has not been received for 1.25 seconds and wake input pin is active (high) The DTC is set to inactive if: • A valid BMU CAN bus message has been received The DTC is not set in the following cases: • VCA is below 22 V • VCA is above 30 V • Until an inhibit time of 5 seconds from wake-up have passed
Possible cause
Bad CAN connection to the BMU, or BMU down.
