Signal, EASSteerWheelVibrPattern has a value between the range, [0xA, 0xE]. The DTC will set during the following condition: 1.system state: NMWait, PreDrive, DriveDown, DriveUp, PostRun, Off, Error, Flash, LowVolt. 2.system voltage is above 16v. 3.system voltage is below 32v.

The received signal value is in one of the below mentioned value ranges: 0xA-->0xD - Undefined 0xE - Reserved
