Signal, EASActiveRetOffsetAngleReq has a value between the range, [0xFB00, 0xFFFF]. The DTC will set during the following condition: 1.system state: NMWait, PreDrive, DriveDown, DriveUp, PostRun, Off, Error, Flash, LowVolt. 2.system voltage is above 16v. 3.system voltage is below 32v.
