Yaw Rate Sensor : Signal gradient too high

â–¶ How to fix

Check the mounting of the yaw rate sensor/central ECU. If mounting of the sensor is OK and the fault is still active, replace the yaw rate sensor/central ECU.

ESP control off. ESP Warning Lamp.

The failure is reported, if the yaw rate sensor signal changed too fast.

Sensor is mounted wrongly or driving on rough surface ( in combination with loose sensor) or chassis frame oscillations or internal sensor failure
