Detection: External device is configured, Power supply is in the operation voltage range, There is no Bus-Off for CAN-J1939, 2 seconds has elapsed after power up
Possible cause
Cause: electromagnetic disturbance - external ECU is disconnected from the CAN - external ECU does not send all messages because of an internal reason or error
