0xD90D0C Trailer Control Modulator inlet valve-Bad Intelligent Device Or Component
Action: Check the cables and connectors (also for chafing damage) between central ECU and TCM Disconnect connectors of the central ECU and of the TCM. Check for short circuit between the wires of the inlet and backup valves of the TCM. If resistance is lower than 200 kOhm, repair faults in the wiring Measure resistance on the inlet and backup valve of the TCM directly on the TCM connector If resistance is lower than 20 [Ohm], replace the TCM Otherwise delete fault codes and try to move the harness to reproduce the fault.
What you'll see
Symptom:
System reaction
SystemReaction: ESP control restricted. HSA off. Trailer Control - CFC is off. Yellow EBS Warning Lamp.
Diagnostic depth
Detection: Fault will be detected by activation of test pulses and reading back hardware status information. The checking routine measures the status signals and if the non-stimulated channel shows the same status as the stimulated channel, the outputs must be connected to each other.
Cause: Damage in the wiring and/or connectors, TCM.
