1. HW Fault latch high AND 13.5V rail is > 11.5V AND DC bus voltage is >22V and <65V. (Unset if fault latch is cleared.) 2. Fault latch high AND 13.5V rail is out of range AND DC bus voltage >15V. (Unset if fault latch is cleared.) 3. Encoder failure - if the SPI device reports a non-valid operation on both encoders. (Unset if the SPI device reports a valid operation on one encoder.) 4. Fault latch high AND 13.5V rail is out of range AND DC bus voltage <15V. (Unset if fault latch is cleared.) 5. 13.5V fault latch high. (Unset if 13.5V fault latch is low.) 6. Initialization fail. (Unset if initialization pass.) 7. Both of DC bus monitors reporting 0V - 0.1V or > 65V. (Unset if one of DC Bus monitors reporting >0.1V and <65V.) 8. Drive current too high, unsafe to continue. Phase Current U,V or W >= threshold. Amps for high current crossed and 5 or more restarts has been performed consecutively. (Unset if unit succesfully restarts within 5 cycles.)
