Check the actuator, connectors and wiring. Measure resistance of fan actuator, the resistance shall be around 30O at 20º C.
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
If the fan is electrically powered, it cannot be switched off. If the fan is hydraulically powered, it will not work at all.
