The BuC or the 5V overvoltage comparator HW. are not able to do an emergency switch-off of the MV1 or MV2 in case of serious faults. The BuC disables the MVs in initialization phase. The AuC tries to switch on the Magnetic Valves anyway. If the valve(s) can be switched on, the DTC is set.
Possible cause
The enable signal(s) from BuC side or the signal of 5V overvoltage comparator HW is (are) shorted to GND inside the ECU.
