EPP wake-up line - Short to ground

Check if EPP line is shorted to GND in the cable harness. If there is no short circuit to GND, replace HCU. If fault still persists, replace EPB ECU.
What you'll see
No driver-visible symptom recorded.
System reaction
EPB won't be able to wake-up/keep-awake HCU with EPP line. Yellow warning lamp.
Diagnostic depth
Detection
When EPB tries to pull high the EPP line, after the reaction delay it reads back its value and checks if pull up was successful or not.
Possible cause
Damage of the HCU or EPB ECU. Short circuit in cable harness.
