Check if SW is running stable in assumed Timeslices. Software activates Processor-Specific ADC-Monitors.This Monitors is observing the Overall-System-Stability by Checking if the external Watchdog is triggered according to specification.

Internal SW-Watchdog is not triggered according to configuration.Processor-Monitor reports a unsuspected Value during Startup. When software monitoring detects sorftware error and does a reset.
Watchdog; Any Task blocks the normal operation and for that Reason the external Watchdog can not be triggered Properly; Electrical Overstress due to Ageing, extreme Supply-Voltage-Peaks or Alpha-Particles; Extreme Electromagnetic Fields the Customer is driving through; Software monitoring detects out of range voltage from ADC channels.
