Wake-up interface state inconsistent with Wake-up input voltage.
System reaction
FDC = 127 will: *Stop transmition of HMILEDStatus. *Turn off all outputs. FDC = -128 will: *Allow HLC to continue with normal operation.

(15_WAKE_UP_N == 0) AND (WAKE_UP_ADC < 3600 mV) OR (15_WAKE_UP_N == 1) AND (WAKE_UP_ADC > 7700 mV)
