LeftYellowLEDShortCircuitToVbat
1: Disconnect LED module to see if fault is still present. If not present replace LED module. 2: If fault still present disconnect harness to see if fault is still present. If not present replace harness. 3: If fault still present after disconnecting LED module and harness, change HLC unit.
What you'll see
Left side yellow LED is short-circuited to Vbat.
System reaction
FDC >= PreFailureLimit (DID = 0xFD10) will: *Set HMILEDStatus to 0x01 (= Nok) for corresponding output. *Turn off corresponding output for enabling offline diagnostic. FDC = -128 will: *Set HMILEDStatus to 0x00 (= Ok) for corresponding output (if no other DTC has FDC >= PreFailureLimit). *Allow corresponding output to be turned on again.
Diagnostic depth
-Test Failure Criteria/Validation Criteria Offline diagnostic PWM output voltage > OfflineFailureVoltage (DID = 0xFD22) Online diagnostic T1: PWM output voltage > OnlineFailureVoltage (DID = 0xFD22) T2: PWM output voltage / PWM output current > OnlineFailureResistance (DID = 0xFD22)
Short circuit in harness or within the LED module.
