Right side red LED has too high current consumption.
System reaction
FDC >= PreFailureLimit (DID = 0xFD13) will: *Set HMILEDStatus to 0x01 (= Nok) for corresponding output. FDC = -128 will: *Set HMILEDStatus to 0x00 (= Ok) for corresponding output (if no other DTC has FDC >= PreFailureLimit).
