Detection
The output for external instrument lighting on the instrument cluster is 10 % or less, despite the set value being 10-90.
Possible cause
The cable harness is connected to earth. Too many consumers, i.e. LED's, are connected to the cable harness. Together these consumers consume more than 1.5A.
