EOL029_FP_AICC = WITH and (CAN034_MSG_CCM_CCMDGP == TIMEOUT) 2 second startup grace period. Only stored when ignition is ON.
Possible cause
1. The Cruise control manager node (in TMS) is not active or not configured correctly 2. Wrong parameter settings in the ICL
