The feedback for the load for PWM1 is indicating an undefined fault, could be Open Load or Short to U30. Only stored when ignition is ON.
Possible cause
1) The harness is short circuit to U30 2) The harness has an open circuit 3) Too many consumers (i.e.LEDs) are connected to the harness 4) Internal failure
